crochet headbands, crochet cowl, #canvidemans2017 and Pau Casals: Song of the Birds

For long time ago I not make headbands,
but recently I have make all these ...

A few years ago, I made some headbands
but now those all headbands are small for Carlota ...

This time I have decorated them with wooden buttons ...

These wooden buttons that have distracted my mind lately
by using them to make bracelets,
are also perfect for these headbands, right?

And if you ask to Carlota or her friends
her favorite color, what will be the answer ... ?

And as the cold comes and too the autumn days,
now it's a perfect crochet time. And this week
I have made this crocheted cowl.
A perfect gift for a birthday ...

And I have already received my gift from #canvidemans2017
in which I have participated. It was a big surprise!
and everything is so beautiful!

The person who sent me this beautiful gift is Teresa,
you can see all the beautiful things that she does
on Instagram @unxicdecoses

All made with love ...

Beautiful wrapping ...

Ideal handbags for crochet tools ...

Three skeins of wool ...

And all these beautiful buttons ...

MOLTES GRÀCIES, TERESA!!!!
M'HA ENCANTAT EL TEU CANVI DE MANS!

These days my country is suffering a very big repression ...
a repression against fundamental rights ...
simply, we want to vote ...

I wish that with these fun head bands
and with a little touch of pink color
I can make happy some girls and moms,
with these very sad moments which my little country,
Catalonia, is living these days ...

A big hug, dear readers ...
I'm a Catalan woman ...
 And I love democracy ...

Thank you very much for visiting
my world of wool ...

  1. My beloved violin teacher, born in 1900, loved Casals & always told me about him & his beautiful playing. Thank you for this link. I had not heard his playing of this piece for many years. I love your blog & always enjoy your beautiful crochet & stories about your sweet girl. Hugs from NYC :)
